Auld Lang Syne

And so this is 2013~ where did the time go?!
In a flash it is discovered we are very behind on some work~ so playing a game of "catch up" is on the chalk board.

<~ this awesome piece was once a mirror attached to an old chest of drawers.
After some cleaning, sanding and more white wash this ol' timer will be transformed to a menu board.
Love using chalk paint.....  and one will never know that chalk paint is covering a mirror!   We tried to salvage the mirror, but the yellowing and other stains on the glass pushed us into the idea of a chalk board.

This is one of 4 mirrors that will be getting a make over.    Now....like we said.....  playing catch up!
Looking forward to spring events.....we will keep you posted!

Hoping you all had a very Merry Christmas & Happy New Year*

With love&joy in everything vintage*
